Recently, I lost weight three kilograms.
I cut down on my intake of carbohydrates.
Carbohyrates cause to grow stout.
But I always eat carbohydrates.
For example, rice, bread, udon, and ramen...
It's the most necessary for me to live.
I tried to make an effort it.
And I tried to challenge some ways.
I have never continue a diet.
I earnestly moved.
I earnestly walked, although I usually take a bus and train.
I walked as much as I can.
I stopped eating between meals, so I eat something after the dancing.
I continued this life for a week, and I lost weight three kilograms.
But I ought to be careful it.
I ought to eat out "YAKINIKU" with my boyfriend.
It's very terrible.
I'm very fond of YAKINIKU.
Moreover, all you can eat for three thousand yen.
I love "SHIOTAN" and "YUKKE".
We are very full.
I have reverted previous my weight.
I hate my boyfriend, because he tempted me.
I can't continue a diet,beccause I can't overcome temptation.

Summer plans
First, I go to the sea with my friends many times.
I love the sea, because it's very cool and very pleasant.
I want to work "UMINO IE".
If I do that I can go to the sea.
Thanks to sea, I get sunburned every year.
I will get sunburned this year too.
I want to do a jet skiing.
Second, I will go to the travel.
I want to go Guam,But I don't have much money.
I will save a lot of money by a winter vacation.
Guam's sea is very beautiful.
It doesn't get muddy. It's a blue.
So I work to save money.
Third, I will study very hard in summer vacation.
I will raise TOFEL score 470.
I practice listening and reading.
They're my summer plans!!!!!!!
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.

Tenjin Festival☆★
I went to "Tenjin Festioval" in July 25 with my boyfriend.
I wanted to wear a yukata. But I could not wear a yukata,because it was bad weather.
I went to there by train. But it wasn't rainy. Oh! my god!
Those around me were wearing it, and I was filled with them.
But yukata has a pain in my chest,so I'm tired every year.
I tallked with foreign man. He is a christian.
I think maybe it's religion activity.
I ate frankfurter and a shaved ice, a corn, an egg cracker...
I was a feeling of fullness after a meal.
However much I eat, I don't feel full. It's a joke!!!!!!
I will become "DEBU",but I'm fatting up recenyly......
I'm shocked........
I was looking forward to seeing fire works.
They're very beautiful. I had an awful ears,because they're a loud sound.
It's the real feeling of summer.
I think that PL fire works is the best in Osaka.

I think that this film is such a movie.

I have never seen nonverbal movies, but I wasn't bored.
Some scenes are moving one after another.
Japanese crowded train is terrible.
I dislike the morning crowded train.
I feel sick when I saw crowded,

FROG☆
I used to play in the paddy field.
I went to there with my friends every day.
There are many flowers and insects.
I don't like insects now. I can't touch insects.
I was often eating flowers,and I was sucking at
flower's honey with my friends.
I was thinking that they can eat insects and flowers.
My friend said me "they can eat frogs."
I believed it, so I ate a frog.
I was been very angry by my mother, when I said them.
I don't remember the frog's taste.
I was avery fool when I was a child.

Dancing★
Today, I introduce my hobby.
My hobby is dancing.
I want to dance well,so I practice dancing.

I want to become thin,and I move very much.

Golden Week☆

I'm fine, because it's getting warmer and warmer.
It's a nice, warm day today.
Today is first blog, so I hesitate what to write.
I write how to spend my Golden week.
Golden Week's the first half, I had almost a part time job.
I was very tired, because it's very long and very busy.....
Golden Week the second half, I went to Kobe with my boyfriend on his bike.
We went shopping, because we always go shopping in Namba.
But this town was unaccustomed surroundings, we went back my home town.
Our home town is Osaka.
I love Osaka and my home town.
We played baseball and basketball in my home town.
He loves baseball, but I cannot play baseball.
But I can play basketball.
I had been playing basketball for five years, so I won in a free throw.
I'll see local friends tomorrow.
I'm looking foward to seeing her.
